Our Quarter 3 awards highlighted some incredible contributions from our team:
Safety Excellence Award - Lachie’s commitment to keeping our venue safe and enjoyable for everyone earned him the well-deserved Safety Excellence Award. Lachie’s attention to detail and focus on maintaining a secure environment make him an essential part of our team.
Customer Experience Award - Amy was recognized for her exceptional interactions with our guests, always bringing a welcoming smile and positive attitude. Amy’s dedication to providing top-notch customer service has made a lasting impact on everyone she meets, and we’re proud to have her on board.
Overall Achiever Award - Congratulations to Ned for his outstanding performance across all areas of the venue! Ned’s dedication and all-around contribution to our operations and guest experience make him our Overall Achiever for this quarter. Well done, Ned!
We celebrated these achievements with a well-deserved BBQ at Wagga Beach, where the team came together to relax, enjoy some delicious food, and soak up the beautiful surroundings. It was a great way to unwind and appreciate all the hard work that makes Vortex a special place.
